-- L.I.F.T. Indoor Fun Fly
The Forest City Flyers, London, is proud to sponsor there Indoor RC Flyers Group (L.I.F.T.) for another winter season. The dates are November 11, December 1, January 5, February 9 and March 9. ONLY the November 11 date will be in GYM #1 starting at 9:30 am to 11;30 am. The rest of the dates will be in GYM #3, from 10:00 am until noon. Open to all micro models, fixed wing and Helis. Electric only of course. Charging allowed in the gym, under constant watch. No flying allowed before stated times so please respect this. MAAC membership mandatory. Seasons pass is only $34.00. Flying area is 68 x 110 feet and a 22 foot ceiling.

Location: Glendale High School 37 Glendale Dr. Tillsonburg OLD Gym and Annandale Elementary School.
Open to Indoor electric fixed wing and helicopters. No CF blades.
No winter footwear to be worn in the gym. A change of shoes is mandatory, indoor shoes only.
The ORCFC wishes all pilots to have fun but reserves the right to restrict any aircraft that is not compatible with the size of the indoor flying space.
NOTE: All school-related functions have priority over community use

We are happy to bring back the competition, being held at our new field in Chatham, on the Junction of A.D. Shadd Rd. and 10th of Raleigh, Chatham Kent.ALl classes to fly- Basic to Unlimited, and Freestyle. Trophies to 3rd place.
Concession booth on site, as well as camping and charging. Alternate sequences to be flown for Advanced and Unlimited.

Forest Jet Fest 2013 is a go. Saturday June 8 2013. This will be a fun fly type event open to all "Jets"( turbine, DF and EDF). Club will run a small food tent. We will also have a display section along with a for sale section, vendors welcome. Lets have some fun and burn some kero and some Watts!! Spectator's are welcome. Come help us have fun while raising funds for the Boys & Girls Club of London.
Cost: Free (Donations to B&G Club happily accepted at the doors)

Location: BMO Centre of London, 295 Rectory Street, London, ON, Canada
Free indoor flying at the BMO Centre in London - a HUGE venue - an indoor regulation soccer field with 60 ft ceilings!
Come and enjoy a couple days of flying indoors and visit the London clubs / members. Take in all that London has to offer - good food, old friends, local hobby shops.
We're planning the following:
- multiple, separate, flying fields determined by drop-down nets from the ceiling (varying over the weekend & activities)
- general, free flying (fixed wing, slow-fly, heli)
- combat rounds (starting with streamers :) )
- indoor pylon races
- heli spot landings
- limbo contests
- dead-stick spot landings
- and much more!
Prizes will be awarded!
This is a flying field in a building. HUGE!
Come, help us fill the building with planes and support a worthy cause.

The Chatham Aeronauts wish to announce that our annual Scale Fly-in (always scheduled on the 3rd full weekend of July) has undergone a new makeover and will now become Warbirds and Classics over Chatham. The event will be held July 19, 20, 21, 2013 at the Chatham-Kent Municipal Airport, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on both paved and grass runways..
Registration is open to all classes of scale aircraft. All jets are welcome! Landing fee is $10.00 preregistered before July 1, 2013, and $15.00 at the event. Go to www.chathamaeronauts.com to pre register, SEE NOTE BELOW. Payment by Pay Pal or cheque is available.
This years Saturday night get together will be hosted by Blazing BBQ and will feature BBD’d ribs and chicken and sides, tickets will be $20.00. Prize draws will be held during the Saturday BBQ.

Sky Harbour Modelers and Kincardine Cloudbusters are co-hosting a Model Airshow and Fun Fly at the Sky Harbour Airport in Goderich. Fly from a 3000' long by 50' wide paved runway or a grass strip. Turbine powered models welcomed. Over 500 spectators attended in 2012. This year promises to be the best and most exciting yet for this 3rd annual event.
Friday August 16th is a setup and test flight day. The model airshow and fun fly will take place on Saturday August 17th from 9am till 5pm and Sunday August 18th from 9am till 3pm. Mostly open flying times except for airshow which goes Saturday and Sunday from noon till 1pm.
Great pilot prizes to be won and food available on site to purchase. Free overnight camping on site (no hookups) and also a block of limited hotel rooms at the luxurious Benmiller Inn are on reserve at a substantial discounted rate. Bring proof of valid MAAC. $20 pilot entry fee for weekend - includes a free hot lunch for first 40 pilots to register for the weekend. $10 entry fee for Sunday only.

The Chatham Aeronauts wish to announce our first annual Thunderthrust Over Chatham-Kent. This three day event will be held on September 13,14,15, 2013 at the Chatham-Kent Municipal Airport, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on both paved and grass runways. The Chatham Aeronauts are pleased to again fly our WW1 Scale Dawn Patrol Sat. Sept 14, 2013. A full day of flying of WW1 aircraft of all sizes. $5.00 landing fee and profit from BBQ lunch go to the Chatham Air Cadet Squadron 294. The emphasis is on WW1 era aircraft but all plane are welcome. This is a one day only event with no rain day. Come out and enjoy a quiet day of flying and help out the good works of the local Air Cadet programme.
