Departing Innisfail and heading west is highway #54. On highway #54 between Spruce View and Caroline is located the hamlet of Raven. From the turnoff to Raven, continue on Highway #54 and drive 5 km west to Range Road 45. Turn north on to Range Road 45 (Large Harriman Lumber sign) and drive 3.4 km. Turn right, immediately cross a Texas gate and drive 700 metres. This is the entrance to the flying field. Turn left and follow the dirt trail for approximately 150 metres.

Travel 5 Km west from bridge over the North Saskatchewan River on Highway 11A then south for 7.1 Km, then west (right) for 3/4 KM. You are at the entrance of Fishers Gravel Pit, the flying site is on your right.
