Aeromodelling Strategy


Purpose of the Advisory Group

The **Aeromodelling Strategy Advisory Group (ASAG)** is a multidisciplinary team established to help MAAC prepare for the future of aeromodelling in Canada. The group monitors emerging initiatives from Transport Canada and NAV CANADA, researches international best practices, evaluates their impact on MAAC operations, and develops strategic recommendations to support safe, modern, and sustainable aeromodelling. Working closely with technical partners and subject matter experts, the ASAG provides advice to the President and Board of Directors while helping ensure MAAC remains proactive in addressing future regulatory and operational challenges.
