Swap Meet / MAAC Zone "H" Annual Zone Meeting Sunday October 4, 2105
Sullivan Hall 6306 - 152nd Street Surrey

Sunday Schedule
Swap Meet "Morning" Doors Open at 10:00 AM for Swap Meet. Bring all the stuff you want to Sell or Trade. The Swap Meet is open to all and there is no charge for entry or for a tables.
All Swap Meet activity must stop at 12:45 PM to prepare for the BC Coastal Annual Zone Meeting. The Swap Meet will continue after the Annual Zone Meeting. If you don't intend to stay for the afternoon Swap Meet. You must remove your stuff by 12:45 PM!
Annual Zone Meeting Registration: Registration for the AZM will start at 12:00 Noon and close at approximately 12:55 PM.
Please have any proxies checked before 12:30 PM.
Please help setup tables and chairs for the Annual Zone Meeting 12:40 PM.
Annual Zone Meeting: The 2015 BC Coastal Annual Zone Meeting (AZM) will be held at the Sullivan Hall on Sunday October 4, 2015 at 1:00 PM.
Swap Meet "Afternoon" The Swap Meet will resume once the Annual Zone Meeting Ends Swap Meet ends at 4:30 PM. Hall closed at 5 PM. Please help clean up and put everything back where it belongs.
Official Meeting Notice:
The 2015 BC Coastal Annual Zone Meeting (AZM) will be held at the Sullivan Hall on Sunday October 4, 2015 at 1:00 PM. Registration for the AZM will start at 12:00 Noon and close at approximately 12:55 PM. The Sullivan Hall is located at 6306-152nd Street Surrey, B.C. We will be running a Zone Swap Meet before and after the AZM. There is no charge for tables for this event, all I ask is that everyone help with the table and chair setup before the Swap Meet and AZM and to help put everything away and cleanup afterwards. The Hall will be open at 10:00 AM for the Swap Meet, which will run until 12:30 PM. There will be no Swap Meet Activity going on during the AZM Meeting! If you do not wish to stay for the meeting you must remove your items before 12:30 PM. The Swap Meet will continue after the Annual Zone Meeting until 4:30 PM.
