Event Description
The Southern Ontario Glider Group Inc. (SOGGI) will be hosting the 27th Annual Big Bird Bash on Sunday September 4th, 2016 (Rain Date Sept. 5th, 2016) at the 703 Hwy #6 site.Field set up 9:00am Registration at 9:30am. Event at 10:00am.
Sailplanes of Wingspan 100 inches or higher.
The contest will be Man-on-Man format. Winches and a Hi-start will be available.
There will be an OPEN Class and a RES category with awards for first three places in each event and the Grand Prize Winner will be determined using the Rationalized. Aerodynamic Specification Calculator (Rascal)
Entry Fee of $10.00.
