SOGGI ALES Contest
Event Description
On Saturday September 22, 2018 the Southern Ontario Glider Group (SOGGI) will hold an Altitude Limited Electric Soaring (ALES) Contest at the Highway 6 field just north of Caledonia.Contestants sailplanes will need to be fitted with a device to limit launch altitude to 200 meters.
No entry fees. Registration starts at 9:00 am, pilots briefing at 9:30, contest start at 10:00.
Proof of MAAC or AMA membership is required. Pilots from other clubs, helpers etc. are most welcome.

If the weather is unsuitable a new date will be agreed at the field on the day, or by email if the weather forecast results in cancellation beforehand.
