Winkler Wings Fun Fly
Event Description
Join the Winkler Wings - R/C Flying Club for our 2018 Fun Fly on Sunday, August 12, 2018 from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Pilots must be MAAC or AMA members to fly. Bring your lawn chairs. There will be food and drinks available to purchase.We will have our Fun Fly on the same weekend that Winkler has the Harvest Festival. The Festival usually concludes with a show of fireworks. Therefore, we will end our event at 8:00 pm to give spectators and pilots time to make it to the Festival grounds for the fireworks.
Directions to Our Flying Field:
North of Winkler along Hwy 428. Approximately 2.5 km north of highways junction 14, 32 and 428. Field is to the east side of Hwy 428.
