MAAC Zone "H" Annual Swap Meet/ ZONE Meeting

This event is open to the public and all MAAC members, crews, and their invited guests. MAAC Event SFOC compliance is required.

Event Description

Zone "H" South West British Columbia Annual Sullivan Hall Swap Meet / Zone Director Election Meeting will be held on Sunday October 28 from 9:00 AM until 3:PM. We will have a Quick Extraordinary Zone Meeting at 12:00 for the sole purpose of electing a new Zone Director. Admission, Coffee and Donuts are free as usual. All I ask is for help setting up tables and cleaning up afterwards. Hope to see you all there.
