Notice of Meeting Venue Change
The annual general meeting of MAAC Zone H was to be held at a hall in Parksville Sept 27, 2020. Due to the uncertainty of the viral pandemic, it has been decided that this year’s meeting should not use the traditional venue but instead be replaced with one that is more in keeping with the recommended Provincial health safeguards and procedures. This year it will be held at September 27 at 1200pm at:
Renegade Flyers Flying Field, 6964 152 street Surrey BC
This meeting will be an outdoor event. (Under a large tent awning depending on the weather conditions)
Face masks and social distancing will apply.
If you chose not to attend, please send your open or closed Proxy.
The Southwest British Columbia AZM Meetings for 2021 and 2022 will be held tentatively on Vancouver Island.

The AZM Host Club, the Renegade Flyers have invited current MAAC Pilot members who are attending the AZM, to bring an Aircraft (fixed wing gas or electric only) to fly from 10am to 4 pm weather permitting, below is a link to the Renegade flying field, with directions to the pit area
