Event Description

-This event is open to the public and all MAAC members, crew, and their invited guests. MAAC Event SFOC (SFOC - RPAS No. / COAS - SATP n°: 930433) compliance is required.

DATE: Saturday July 12th, 2025

TIME: 10am - 10pm (run out of fuel or batteries)

LOCATION: LAM Main Flying Field
Highway 130, near McCluskey Drive
Slate River Valley, Ontario

EVENT DETAILS:
Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to connect with fellow RC enthusiasts and enjoy a day filled with high-flying fun! Everyone is Welcome. (Pilot or not)

Campers welcome to stay and fly prior and after the event. Limited Camping sites available at the field (PLEASE contact us before planning to come)

Allowed Models:
-mRPAS and RPAS allowed
-Fixed Wing (electric-gas-nitro-turbine)
-Rotary Wing (electric-gas-nitro-turbine)
-FPV allowed
-Night Flying allowed
-Up to 700’AGL available for Advanced RPAS pilots meeting all requirements

Pilots:
-Please ensure you have proof of current year membership with the MAAC.

Landing fee:
-10$ per pilot flying

On-Site Amenities:
-Porta-Potti (handicap access)
-On-Site Parking
-BBQ (Burger, Hot Dogs, Beverage for a cost)
-Massive Fire Pit (Night only)
