2026 MAAC Annual General Meeting

Hello MAAC Members,

We are now just one week away from the 2026 MAAC Annual General Meeting, and only a few days remain for you to assign your proxy to someone you know and trust.

Why does this matter?

Because participation matters.

The more votes we receive, the more accurate and representative our decisions become.
It ensures that MAAC moves forward in alignment with your priorities not assumptions.

When you assign your proxy, you are placing your trust in someone to represent your voice, not only for your own interests, but for the strength and future of the entire aeromodelling community.

It is equally important that you register for the meeting.
The registration link and the voting link are both clearly identified in red on the platform.

Let me also emphasize this:

When you give your proxy to your Zone Director, you are sending a clear message of confidence in their work and their commitment to representing you.

Zone Directors are volunteers.
They give their time, their energy, and their dedication without compensation
driven only by their passion for our hobby and their desire to serve the members.

They deserve our respect.
And more importantly, they deserve our engagement.

So I ask you:

• Vote directly, as per your own conviction if you can
• Or assign your proxy to someone you trust
• And if you are unsure for proxy, your Zone Director remains a solid and informed choice

Do not stay on the sidelines.

Your voice matters. Your participation matters. Your MAAC depends on it.
