Annual "A" Zone Meeting

Event Description

Once again, with the kind cooperation of the CARFF club, the annual zone meeting will be held in their clubhouse. I encourage all to attend to bring forward their thoughts and ideas for the current and future enhancement of our hobby. For those unable to attend, please ensure your voice is heard by ensuring that a proxy in your name has been brought to the meeting. I,my deputy and assistants will be soliciting proxies over the summer to ensure that a quorum is in place to allow for zone business to be conducted.
Coffee & pastries will be provided, and a number of desirable door prizes will be available
