ERCS Annual Auction
In light of the recent announcements concerning Covid 19, with the old and new restrictions, together with the requirements of the hall we rent, we would not with out great risk be able to hold a safe auction for everyone this year. In a conversation with the hall representative we looked at all requirements along with all the volunteers that would be necessary to basically police all of our patrons, with vaccinations, max allowable to attend , masking , distancing, following the flow, sanitizing, and to me the biggest “ no touch policy of the items ( good luck with that ) lol”, it would be difficult to manage. I as event director along with executive approval have decided to cancel the 2021 ERCS Auction. Also our Hall Deposit I’ve deferred it to October weekend of the 22nd 2022.
I’m hoping this one will go.
