Honouring the Legacy of Karl Gross
We gather to honour and celebrate the remarkable life and enduring legacy of Karl Gross, whose devotion to Aeromodelling forever shaped our modelling community. This special event is held posthumously to recognize Karl with two of MAAC’s highest distinctions: the Lifetime Achievement Award and induction into the MAAC Hall of Fame.
The Lifetime Achievement Award acknowledges a career defined by excellence, leadership, and unwavering commitment. Throughout his life, Karl exemplified integrity, mentorship, and a deep passion for elevating those around him, leaving a lasting impact on countless individuals.
Karl’s induction into the Hall of Fame stands as a permanent tribute to his extraordinary contributions and the standards he helped establish. His legacy lives on through the people he inspired, the values he embodied, and the community he strengthened.
This evening is a moment of reflection, gratitude, and remembrance—a celebration of a life well lived and a legacy that will continue to guide and inspire.
